Minimum stay of one week
during off- season. Rates are subject to 12% Florida tax. A reservation/security deposit
must be received to hold your reservation along with a signed rental agreement. Your
deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your departure less any damages and $60
cleaning fee. Deposits and rental rates can be paid in the form of a bank check or money
order.All rates include electric, phone, and basic cable.
