The Seaside Artisan is a family owned and operated, pet friendly establishment, which consists of 9 completely furnished light, bright efficiency units.  All units are on the ground floor with their own entrance and fully equipped kitchen.  Each unit is also equipped with color cable TV and a queen and twin bed with all linens supplied.  All utilities are included except telephone service.  Phone jacks are installed in each unit ready for hook-up upon your request to Verizon.  Call 1-800-483-4200 for service.  Telephones are available for your use while staying at the Seaside Artisan.

Weekly and monthly residents prefer to do their own light cleaning.  We provide a vacuum for your cleaning convenience and linens placed outside the room are exchanged with fresh.

We are located just a half block from the breathtaking St. Joseph’s sound and minutes from the pristine beaches of Caladesi Island and Honeymoon Island State Parks.  Walk three short blocks to shopping in the quaint city of Dunedin or enjoy biking, walking or rollerblading on 30 miles of the Pinellas trail located directly across the street.  Public golf is nearby at the St. Andrew’s Links.  If fishing is what you’re looking for, the Harbor is also located 3 blocks from the Seaside Artisan where you can fish from the pier or charter a boat to experience Gulf fishing.
